Distribution | 500 | $60M | United States | SAP | SAP Warehouse Management | Warehouse Management | 2015 |
In 2015 Faribault Foods implemented SAP Warehouse Management to extend logistics and inventory control across newly commissioned sites. Neoris served as the system integrator and delivered consulting resources for configuration and rollout support.
The implementation focused on core logistics and materials management modules, specifically SAP Warehouse Management, Materials Management MM, and Logistics Execution LE. Configuration work led by Neoris included template-driven setup from ACW, inventory management policy definitions, and procurement configurations aligned to the MM module. Consultants were responsible for creating the MM and WM configuration artifacts and documenting logistics module parameterization.
Operational coverage targeted four new plants in Arizona, applying an ACW template to standardize warehouse processes across those sites. The SAP Warehouse Management application was configured to support warehouse transaction flows and to interoperate with MM purchasing and inventory control processes, ensuring consistent policy enforcement across the new plant footprint.
Governance and rollout practices included participation in business blueprint BBP schedule meetings, application of SAP logistics implementation best practices, and structured testing. Testing phases documented by the project included unit testing across LE, WM and MM, integrated end to end testing, and user acceptance testing, with Neoris supporting functional process definition and configuration handover.

Distribution | 500 | $60M | United States | SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) | Advanced Planning and Scheduling | 2015 |
In 2015, Faribault Foods deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) to establish Advanced Planning and Scheduling capabilities across its manufacturing and distribution operations in the United States. Neoris served as the systems integrator for the ECC PP deployment and coordinated project delivery with internal manufacturing and planning stakeholders.
The implementation centered on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP) and included configuration of material requirements planning, production order lifecycle, scheduling, order release and rework processing, and shop floor documentation such as pick lists and blend sheets. Complementary ECC modules implemented and configured included Quality Management, Warehouse and Inventory Management, and Product Costing to enable integrated MRP, production execution and cost capture workflows.
Operational coverage included production planning and execution, MRP monitoring and shortage reporting, coordination between production and quality for rework, inventory reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods, and follow up with procurement on ETA tracking. Master data governance was applied to material masters, bills of materials, routings and work centers to support repeatable MRP runs and accurate production scheduling.
Neoris-led governance encompassed change control, structured test planning, user acceptance testing and documentation, aligning SAP Master Data Governance practices with operational roles. The deployment institutionalized planning and execution roles such as MRP Planning Coordinator and SAP Production Specialist to sustain Advanced Planning and Scheduling processes within SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Production Planning (PP).
