In 2007 Cidrerie Stassen implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial system. NORRIQ led the implementation, provisioning Microsoft Dynamics NAV to serve as the company wide financial management backbone for the Belgian cider manufacturer.
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, configured to support general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, and standard order to cash workflows consistent with ERP Financial requirements. NORRIQ configured the solution to align with Cidrerie Stassen operational processes, providing structured financial and transactional records that support sales and distribution activities.
The broader application landscape at Stassen included a Drink IT CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, which was linked to Drink IT ERP that Stassen had been using since 2008. The CRM integration supported the special sales team, with seven sales representatives and two sales support employees accessing customer and contact data, planning visits, and storing structured visit reports on Samsung tablet PCs for visit reporting, tasting organization, range review and monitoring of competition activities.
Operationally the Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation anchored finance and transactional recordkeeping while the linked Drink IT CRM and Drink IT ERP components enabled sales and marketing to gain market segment insights and to control sales activities. Governance centered on centralized customer and contact access for the sales organization, standardized visit reporting, and alignment between sales activity records and the company financial ledger.

In 2014, Einbecker Brauhaus AG implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP Financial system. Users rated Microsoft Dynamics NAV highly, which led the brewery to pursue a NAV-based successor platform later branded as Business Central.

NORRIQ was engaged to deliver the Drink-IT solution, and in February 2019 Einbecker decided on Drink-IT with the system change completed in November 2019. Integrations explicitly implemented included a document archiving system, an interface to an external production and scanning application, cost and performance accounting connections and an established EDI data traffic solution, creating end-to-end data flows between production, sales and finance. Operational scope covered brewery business functions across sales, purchasing, production interfacing and finance.
The rollout followed a joint workshop model with users and management and was executed in close coordination with NORRIQ, completed within the estimated investment budget. Company leadership reported that brewery-specific requirements such as complete beer tax documentation and the correct handling of deposits and gastronomy loans were implemented to complete satisfaction.
