Operational integrations and compliance controls were incorporated into account setup workflows, including Anti-money laundering screening, Experian bank wizard checks, Credit Serve verification and Modern Slavery Act due diligence. The implementation supported company-wide data governance covering maintenance of a 23,000 plus account base and enforcement of GDPR requirements. Governance and rollout emphasized process standardization and training, with the data management team producing 17 training handbooks for product code creation used across the business, centralizing daily cleansing procedures, and retaining responsibility for error detection, root cause verification and corrective action to sustain Microsoft Dynamics AX adoption.
