Practical technical activities documented in the health check and carried out during the engagement included additional AOS setup, backup solutions, training, system consultancy on the finance module, and hands-on warehouse management module work.
Governance and operational support were structured around First Line’s internal team supported by Syscom, with Syscom appointed as ongoing Microsoft Partner since 2018 and providing Time and Materials support rather than a standing 12 month contract. The health check report formed the basis for a year of prioritized support and collaboration, and First Line has continued to trust Syscom for future plans including an upgrade migration to MS Dynamics 365.
