Architecturally the solution is cloud hosted, with booking engine integration at the website layer and on property staff interfaces consuming the same reservation and housekeeping data. Governance was organized around hotel operations, with role based access control configured for front desk, reservations and housekeeping workflows, and tasking orchestrated from RMS Property Management. Training and a property level phased cutover aligned check in, check out, and housekeeping processes to the new Hotel Property Management workflows.
