Operational coordination extended to Corporate HR, Field HR, hiring managers at club sites, and Legal for adjudication and compliance handling. Governance and operational ownership rested with the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst who served as the subject matter expert for Sterling Background Check. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining SOPs, creating process flows and maps, delivering one on one and group training for field and corporate hiring managers, conducting weekly monthly and quarterly audits to support compliance, and managing vendor relationships for recruiting sources.
