Sterling Talent Solutions Legacy Sterling Background Check BackGround Screening HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, 24 Hour Fitness implemented Sterling Background Check as its BackGround Screening solution. Sterling Background Check was provisioned to serve as the enterprise screening engine supporting hiring activity across corporate functions and field clubs. Sterling Background Check was configured to manage end to end candidate screening workflows, including intake, continuous status monitoring, and adjudication of results for new hires and internal Team Members. The Talent Acquisition team used the system to conduct daily review of background checks and to complete individual assessments or adjudications as necessary. The implementation was integrated into the company hiring technology stack, with explicit operational connections to the Talent Scout applicant tracking system Kenexa BrassRing and to SuccessFactors Onboarding, plus linkage to the company career site aggregator CareerBuilder Broadbean. Operational coordination extended to Corporate HR, Field HR, hiring managers at club sites, and Legal for adjudication and compliance handling. Governance and operational ownership rested with the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst who served as the subject matter expert for Sterling Background Check. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining SOPs, creating process flows and maps, delivering one on one and group training for field and corporate hiring managers, conducting weekly monthly and quarterly audits to support compliance, and managing vendor relationships for recruiting sources.

MicroStrategy Legacy MicroStrategy ONE Analytics Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2014 2018
In 2014, 24 Hour Fitness implemented MicroStrategy ONE Analytics to strengthen its Analytics and BI capabilities. MicroStrategy ONE Analytics was used to design and analyze operational reports focused on EFT performance and to produce rolling forecasts for cash, revenue, fees and bad-debt that informed finance and revenue management workflows. The implementation centered on enterprise report and dashboard development, a semantic metadata layer for consistent KPI definitions, and forecasting workflows that combined historical EFT transaction analysis with modeled revenue and receivables projections. Report design work emphasized scheduled batch reporting and interactive dashboards for drill down into payment performance, fee categories and delinquency trends. Data ingestion and operational coverage included EFT transaction feeds, membership billing and point of sale revenue streams, and general ledger extracts to align cash forecasting with accounting. The deployment served corporate finance and revenue operations teams and extended analytical visibility to club operations across the United States, enabling cross-functional consumption of MicroStrategy ONE Analytics outputs. Governance and process changes emphasized report lifecycle control, role based access to sensitive payment and bad-debt reporting, and a cadence of forecast review between analytics and finance stakeholders. Versioned metric definitions and standardized dashboard templates were used to maintain consistency in EFT performance measurement and cash forecasting outputs.
