Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Invoice Processing AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Two Degrees Mobile implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Invoice Processing as its AP Automation solution to centralize invoice handling across its New Zealand retail and corporate finance functions. The deployment was scoped to support corporate accounts payable, office administration and procurement-related invoice workflows for a business with approximately 1,200 employees, with particular uptake among office administrators who now operate invoice processing tasks as part of day to day responsibilities. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Invoice Processing was configured to provide invoice capture and OCR assisted document ingestion, configurable approval routing for multi level sign off, exception handling queues for validation mismatches, vendor master controls and automated posting into the Finance and Operations ledger. Configuration emphasized role based access and workflow rules to align invoice routing with finance and procurement approval hierarchies, and the implementation included template and rule tuning to reduce manual touchpoints. Integrations were implemented within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint, enabling AP Automation workflows to surface invoice and approval tasks to users working in Microsoft Office applications and to post validated transactions directly into Dynamics 365 financial modules. Operational coverage concentrated on office administration and reception teams handling invoice intake and validation, with finance teams retaining control of approvals, GL coding and final posting. Governance focused on process standardization and role alignment, training office administrators on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Invoice Processing capabilities and establishing exception escalation paths into central finance. Two Degrees Mobile structured the rollout to embed AP Automation into daily administrative workflows while preserving centralized financial controls and audit trails.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Fixed Assets Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2021
In 2020 Two Degrees Mobile implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Fixed Assets as a component of a cloud-based ERP program to establish a unified financial and asset platform. The initiative used Microsoft D365 and Azure DevOps to enable data informed decision making for growth, and to automate daily integration of telco system data for accurate, timely reporting and real time project portfolio financial data. The implementation addressed core financial and asset capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank, tax, fixed assets, procurement, inventory, projects and time sheeting. Within the Enterprise Asset Management scope the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Fixed Assets deployment was configured to support asset master records, depreciation scheduling, capitalization and asset transactions, aligned to project and procurement workflows to maintain financial integrity across asset lifecycles. Integrations were explicitly built to ingest daily telco system feeds, and to surface asset and project financials into consolidated reporting streams, enabling synchronized postings between fixed assets, projects and GL. Operational coverage extended across finance, procurement, inventory and project controls, with deployment and training covering three geographically dispersed sites and approximately 780 end users, managed by a project team of 67 plus vendor teams. Governance relied on Azure DevOps driven change management and incremental D365 technology enhancements to capture continuous business improvements, with program level oversight of rollout sequencing, training and ongoing configuration updates. The program delivered a cloud based Enterprise Asset Management backbone for Two Degrees Mobile, enabling integrated asset accounting and project financial transparency as stated by program leadership.
