In 2017, 2nd Watch implemented Adobe Connect for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its website. The deployment exposed Adobe Connect meeting rooms through the public site to enable external attendee access for client briefings and webinars.
Adobe Connect was configured to deliver persistent virtual classrooms, meeting rooms, screen sharing, application sharing, recording capture, and attendee management, leveraging standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities. Administrators built meeting templates and preset layouts to streamline recurring webinar formats and simplify host setup.
Operational coverage centered on customer facing teams and delivery engineers, with role based host and presenter assignments provisioned for account managers and technical leads. Access controls and standardized meeting templates were applied to ensure consistent delivery across client engagements and internal knowledge sessions.
Governance emphasized host provisioning, scheduled meeting procedures, and content retention guidelines to manage recordings and shared materials within Adobe Connect. The implementation centralized conferencing for client engagement on the 2nd Watch website while preserving administrative controls and repeatable meeting workflows.
