The rollout was supported by a VPS HRO operations structure responsible for technical and functional support, workload prioritization, documentation and knowledge transfer, and management of multi-country payroll schedules covering EMEA, CEE and UAE country coverage referenced in the operational team remit.
Governance centered on enforcing compliance to NGA standards, maintaining process and documentation version control, and embedding SLA reporting and remediation routines into ongoing operations.
