In 2005, 3Wire Group implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP. In 2014, 3Wire Group implemented ADP Time and Labor Management from ADP as its central Time and Labor Management Solutions platform to standardize workforce time capture across distribution operations and corporate staff. The deployment targeted the organization’s roughly 150 employees and was positioned to align operational timekeeping with HR and payroll processes.
Configuration work emphasized core Time and Labor Management Solutions capabilities including electronic timecard capture, rule-based labor costing and accruals, exception and overtime handling, shift scheduling controls, and supervisor approvals. ADP Time and Labor Management was configured to enforce company time policies and to centralize time rule administration for payroll and operational reporting.
The implementation integrated with existing enterprise systems in use at 3Wire Group, notably PeopleSoft and HighJump WMS. Employee master data synchronization and automated payroll feeds were established with PeopleSoft for HR and payroll continuity, while time capture and transactional attendance events were coordinated with HighJump WMS to reflect warehouse labor activity in the ADP time system.
Governance and operational changes focused on consolidating timekeeping responsibilities into HR and payroll workflows and updating supervisor review processes for distribution sites. Rollout concentrated on operational and payroll alignment, with configuration governance set to control time rule changes and ensure consistent application of labor policies across the business.
