Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2013
In 2012 TechnipFMC implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial solution deployed to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, aligning core finance systems to a cloud operational model. Jean-Luc Brunat, VP ERPs, Governance and Strategy at TechnipFMC, cited teamwork and Inoapps guidance as key success factors during an aggressive three month planning, build and migration timeline that met quality, time and budget expectations. The Oracle E-Business Suite implementation covered standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting, and was operated alongside Hyperion for enterprise financial planning. The solution was fully integrated with Oracle Identity Cloud Service to deliver single sign-on across on-premises and cloud applications through a highly available and secure authentication platform. Architecturally the deployment moved mission critical E-Business Suite workloads onto Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to improve system performance and to initiate immediate savings as part of a broader cloud improvement programme. Following go-live a Managed Service team was contracted to provide operational support for OCI and the client’s complex EBS and Hyperion landscapes for the subsequent three years, ensuring continuity of financial operations and platform maintenance. Governance and rollout emphasized cross-functional coordination between TechnipFMC teams and Inoapps, with the program executed on an accelerated three month schedule for planning, build and migration. Reported outcomes from the engagement include improved mission critical system performance, immediate cost savings and a single sign-on security posture, all delivered while maintaining the organisation’s stated quality standards.

Hexagon Legacy HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2011 2011
In 2011 TechnipFMC deployed HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to support fleet asset and inventory operations within its UK vessel operations. The HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) implementation was positioned to provide centralized control of asset records and stock inventory workflows for onboard stores and fleet maintenance planning. Configuration work emphasized inventory management and spares control, an asset register, and maintenance planning and work order management consistent with Enterprise Asset Management best practices. Operational settings were tuned to accommodate on‑vessel stock inventory procedures, user-level support for storemen, and routine resolution of communication errors reported inside the Infor EAM system. Operational coverage explicitly included fleet inventory coordination activities tied to storemen and Purchasing and Logistic Coordinators, reflecting day-to-day dependencies between the EAM application and procurement and stores functions. The implementation required ongoing operational support to address communication issues within the EAM environment and to assist shipboard staff with inventory queries. Governance and workflow adjustments centered on formalizing roles for Fleet Inventory Coordinators and store operators, establishing incident handling for system communication errors, and embedding EAM-driven inventory handoffs into purchasing and logistics processes. These controls structured how TechnipFMC managed onboard inventory and maintenance requests through HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM), aligning the Enterprise Asset Management application with fleet operations and stores workflows.
