In 2015, A.S.R. implemented Oracle Cloud HCM in the Core HR category. The program was executed from the IT & C department within the Staven domain with a senior project manager accountable for delivery of the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
The implementation encompassed Oracle Cloud HCM modules for core HR and workforce records, payroll integration via NGA NL Payroll, recruiting and onboarding workflows, a learning platform, and an HR helpdesk capability. Configuration work focused on HR data model alignment, role based security, recruiting process automation, onboarding task orchestration, learning management setup, and service desk ticketing tied to employee records.
Integrations were built between Oracle Cloud HCM and NGA NL Payroll, plus a range of internal and external systems to support payroll feeds, candidate and employee data synchronization, learning transcripts, and HR service interactions. The overall deployment followed a SaaS oriented architecture centered on Oracle Cloud HCM as the canonical Core HR system and integrated supplier services for NL payroll processing.
Governance included supplier management for Oracle and NGA, organizational change management within HR and broader people operations, and cross functional coordination between HR and IT for rollout and cutover activities. The program scope covered HR business functions including payroll administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and HR service delivery under a centralized Core HR platform.
