The deployment was used alongside internal applications, with data flows between Visual Lease, PeRS, Concur, WorkFlow, JDE and GEAC to generate reconciliations, accounting entries, and consolidated reports for operational and financial review.
Operational scope included administration of a 900,000 dollar program budget and preparation of special reports to reconcile revenue and operating expenses, supporting operations, data and analytics, strategic planning, and grants. Governance and workflow changes centered on centralized reporting and cross-application report generation, with Visual Lease feeding lease information into existing accounting and expense systems to aid effective strategic planning toward the Foundation's mission and social impact goals.
