The implementation emphasized HR data generation for manpower and budget reporting and to support statutory submissions such as MOM government surveys, while maintaining housekeeping of HR records and policies in Workday HCM.
Operational integration included administration of Singapore and ANZ payroll through coordination with an outsourced payroll vendor, with Workday HCM serving as the central employee record system driving payroll interfaces and payroll-related data exchanges. The system also supported work pass and immigration administration and served as the focal point for HR communications, with direct support workflows for the HR Director and three HRBPs covering Manufacturing, Functional and Commercial APAC.
Governance and process responsibilities were assigned to in country HR operations and regional HR leads, with Workday HCM used to enforce compliance with relevant EHS regulatory requirements and SCIEX safety policies.
