In 2024, AB Travels deployed AutoWiz AutoPulse and adopted the Customer Loyalty application to instrument telematics-driven engagement and vehicle maintenance workflows across its India fleet. The deployment builds on the company’s use of AutoWiz OBD/GPS fleet solutions for fleet tracking, vehicle health monitoring and driver behaviour analytics as described in vendor materials.
AutoWiz AutoPulse was configured to ingest OBD and GPS telemetry, with inferred use of an AutoPulse OBD Bluetooth module and customer engagement features to support vehicle-health monitoring, timely alerting and driver behaviour insights. Architecturally the solution centralizes device-sourced telematics data into AutoWiz’s cloud platform where operations and maintenance workflows consume dashboards and alert streams, supporting dispatcher and maintenance groups across AB Travels operations in India. Data capture at the vehicle level and alert orchestration were used to reduce manual checks and accelerate issue identification, consistent with the vendor testimonial.
Rollout emphasized vehicle-level onboarding of OBD and GPS devices, configuration of alert thresholds and provisioning of operator dashboards, with governance routed through fleet operations and maintenance to standardize response processes.
