In 2018 Abanca implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing as part of a global SAP SuccessFactors rollout that consolidated core HR and talent modules. The implementation included SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Performance and Workforce Analytics, positioning SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing within a Candidate Relationship Management strategy for talent acquisition and engagement.
The deployment configured SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing to manage talent pools, candidate nurturing workflows, campaign and career site orchestration, and recruitment branding capabilities that feed the applicant flow into Recruiting Management. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing was configured to hand off engaged candidates to Recruiting Management and to provide marketer style segmentation and campaign management consistent with Candidate Relationship Management patterns.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a cloud based SAP SuccessFactors suite, with Employee Central acting as the HRIS single source of truth and Recruiting Management providing applicant tracking to Onboarding and Performance and Workforce Analytics for downstream talent lifecycle and reporting. Integrations remained inside the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, preserving master data in Employee Central and enabling workforce analytics to consume recruiting and onboarding signals for enterprise reporting.
Governance and process changes focused on centralizing HR and talent acquisition ownership for campaign approvals, candidate data stewardship, and lifecycle workflow orchestration across regions. The program emphasized aligning recruitment marketing workflows with talent acquisition and onboarding processes to create a continuous candidate to employee lifecycle within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
