The engagement was led by a project manager and senior consultant from Hanse Orga EMEA in the SAP Finance area, who owned implementation planning, change management, scope definition, resource allocation, budget monitoring, invoicing, development concept creation and testing.
Operational coverage focused on ABB UK finance and treasury teams, with process and governance controls established around testing, configuration approvals and go live readiness.
