Project execution covered requirement gathering, solution design, CRP and UAT sessions, master and open transaction data uploads, and live cutover. Operational scope focused on Aberdeen Holdings PLC within a multi-entity program to standardize Supply Chain Management and financial processes across affiliated companies. Governance followed Oracle implementation methodology with formal OUM documentation, structured cutover plans and post-go-live stabilization activities, and functional teams managed master data migration and end user readiness. The implementation structured personalizations and process workflows to integrate procurement, inventory and order management operations with the company financial controls aligned to the Supply Chain Management category.
