In 2018, Abilities Centre implemented Nightingale Client Management as its Patient Management application. The deployment centralized client records and operational workflows for the Canadian non profit focused on community programs. Nightingale Client Management was provisioned to support client intake, scheduling, and longitudinal case documentation.
Configuration emphasized modular Patient Management capabilities, including intake forms, assessment templates, individualized care plans, appointment scheduling, and case notes. The implementation standardized role based access controls, audit trails, and consent capture to align with health privacy practices. Platform configuration included templated workflows for referrals and routine assessments to reduce variability in client handling.
Operational coverage targeted clinical staff, program coordinators, administrative teams, and volunteer coordinators across the organization, with rollout staged by program area to limit disruption. Governance established data entry standards, periodic case reviews, and training requirements for staff to maintain record quality and consistency. Nightingale Client Management served as the central system of record for client interactions and care coordination at Abilities Centre.
