SAP Legacy SAP Business One ERP Financial ERP Financial Management 1028 Business 2023 2023
In 2023, Aboelwafa and Sons Contracting implemented SAP Business One as its ERP Financial platform to establish a robust, secure and precise enterprise system and to enable integration of intelligent technologies. The 1028 Business system integrator supported the deployment and provides comprehensive 24/7 support through telephone, online communication and onsite representation for issue resolution. The project addressed the company requirement to move from no ERP to a centralized transactional backbone, aligning finance and supply chain processes across its construction and real estate operations. Deployment emphasized core ERP Financial capabilities and process standardization to support procurement, stock control and project cost capture. SAP Business One was configured to manage supply chain and procurement workflows, waste and materials controls, data analysis and operational panels for imports and exports, producing an integrated operational environment across the firm. The solution consolidated operational modules so management can extract accurate data on demand for analysis, and operational functions are executed within the system rather than disconnected spreadsheets. Governance adjustments established centralized controls and role aligned access to support purchasing and inventory controls, while the SI continues to provide continuous support to stabilize post go live. The implementation delivered fully integrated operations and improved efficiency of import and export panel management as reported by the company.
