In 2021, Aboitiz Power implemented Kalibrr ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting and talent acquisition workflows. The Kalibrr ATS is deployed on Aboitiz Power's corporate careers site to publish job openings and capture applicant flows directly from the website.
Configuration focused on core Applicant Tracking System modules including job requisition publishing, candidate profile capture and resume parsing, candidate tracking across hiring stages, and collaborative hiring workflows for HR and hiring managers. The implementation emphasized role based access controls, structured screening and interview scheduling workflows, and tagged candidate status progression to support repeatable selection processes.
Operational coverage centers on corporate HR and recruitment teams in the Philippines, where job postings and candidate intake are routed through the careers site integration. Governance established centralized ownership in talent acquisition, defined requisition approval and candidate review steps, and formalized process flows for candidate handoffs between recruiters and hiring managers.

In 2015, Aboitiz Power implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform for the Asset Management Program supporting its Generation Companies. The initiative automated maintenance, inspection and repair history capture to enforce regular preventive maintenance across facilities, technological infrastructure and systems.
The IBM Maximo deployment concentrated on maintenance management capabilities common to Enterprise Asset Management, specifically preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection recording and repair history tracking. Configuration emphasized structured work order lifecycles, asset hierarchies and equipment history records to institutionalize maintenance procedures and support loss prevention controls.
Operational coverage targeted the Generation Companies within Aboitiz Power, applying systemized maintenance workflows at generation plant sites and within technical operations. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with maintenance processes and loss prevention controls continually evaluated and strengthened as part of the implementation.
The system went live in January 2016, establishing IBM Maximo as the single system of record for inspection, maintenance and repair activities and enabling automated capture of asset maintenance data for ongoing operational oversight.
