The deployment targeted the corporate accounting function within the United States operation and was positioned to support monthly general ledger close activities and vendor accruals handled by the AP team.
The Stampli AP Automation Platform was configured to support core AP Automation capabilities, including electronic invoice capture and indexing, configurable approval workflows, PO and non-PO invoice routing, and vendor invoice management to standardize invoice lifecycle handling. Configuration work emphasized linking invoice processing into existing month-end tasks such as reconciliations for cash, inventory, prepaid, fixed assets, and corporate purchasing card activity.
Operationally the solution was used alongside NetSuite financial applications and Avalara tax management in day-to-day accounting operations, reflecting joint usage by staff responsible for accounts payable, account reconciliation, and advanced revenue management tasks.
