The Equifax I-9 Anywhere implementation was explicitly used to manage a Remote I9 program to verify employment during COVID and to sustain ongoing E-Verify compliance oversight, with HR teams embedding the service into daily onboarding and audit processes.

Governance and process controls were formalized through weekly payment process reviews, invoice to check matching, signature validation, 1099 maintenance, and AP journal entry and reconciliation procedures to support month-end close and year-end audit activity. The Accounts Payable Manager retained ownership of Purchasing and Travel policy maintenance, led onboarding and integration of acquired businesses into standard AP and T&E processes, and drove process documentation and internal control improvements across finance and procurement teams.
