FIS Relius was configured to house plan records, support participant transaction processing and distributions, and generate administrative reporting, while conversion data mapping and verification were handled as part of new plan onboardings. Operational governance combined process analysis with role based training and reporting, the operations manager conducted analyses of current procedures, recommended and optimized policies to maintain responsiveness, and mentored and trained junior administrators and new hires. Rollout activities covered all new business onboarding tasks including conversion paperwork and new plan installation on the Relius administration system, and reporting was developed to monitor workflow and case progress across plan administration functions.
