Operational coverage centered on services delivery teams, project managers, resource managers, and finance staff, bringing timekeeping and project financials into a unified operational system. The implementation supported capacity planning and resource allocation workflows to improve scheduling and assignment visibility across engagements.
Governance and process changes focused on enforcing consistent time entry practices, approval hierarchies for timesheets and expenses, and strengthened project cost controls, with adjustments to billing cycles and project accounting workflows.
