Configuration work focused on the store catalog, pricing and tax settings, cashier workflows, and daily cash handling processes to align with small-format retail operations. Rollout and operational governance were scoped to the Foam Lake store with owner and staff onboarding and hands-on training for daily checkout, inventory adjustments, and cash reconciliation procedures. Administrative controls and simple role separation were established to support ongoing operations and to document store-level opening, closing, and reporting workflows using CashierPRO.
