Configurations included NextGen-AV policies, continuous endpoint telemetry collection, EDR threat hunting workflows, and automated remediation actions, aligned with the organization’s existing endpoint and MDR/XDR operating model. The Apex One deployment was integrated with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM for centralized event aggregation and correlation, and operated alongside CrowdStrike Falcon MXDR, Deep Security, and Deep Discovery as part of a layered Endpoint & Detection posture. Integrations extended to threat intelligence tooling and cloud platforms in use such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, enabling cross correlation of endpoint events with SIEM and cloud telemetry. Operational ownership resided with the EMEA Information Security Officer and the company CSIRT, with workflows for investigations, incident handling, and vulnerability remediation formalized into governance processes.
