Accounts Receivable functionality included electronic invoicing, new customer setup and credit reference inquiries as part of customer onboarding and billing operations. The environment exchanged data with TrulinX and used Outlook and Excel for communications and spreadsheet based data exchanges to support AR and AP processes, preserving continuity with existing operational tools. Operational scope covered the finance organization, purchasing activities, accounts receivable, and front office reception tasks such as switchboard and mail handling that supported office operations. Governance and workflow changes emphasized formalized invoice matching, documented check run procedures, and audit trail maintenance tied to Tribute ERP transactional processes. |
