The implementation configured Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) for core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, multi-company consolidation, inventory management, purchasing and sales order processing. Configuration work emphasized financial controls and transactional workflows that align with manufacturing operations and supply chain processes. Mysoft led delivery activities, performing system configuration, testing and go-live coordination, and integrating ERP transactional flows with ACO operational processes where required. Operational coverage focused on finance, procurement and plant operations, with the application serving as the central financial and operational record for ACO's manufacturing business. Governance was established between Mysoft and ACO’s finance and IT teams to manage configuration changes, version updates and ongoing support. The engagement leveraged Mysoft’s existing relationship with ACO to streamline project delivery and handover to internal support stakeholders.
