The Certinia PSA deployment was integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ to streamline quoting, product catalogs, price rules, discount schedules, approval processes and quote templates, and with Pardot for marketing automation workflows. Technical governance included requirements gathering, design documentation, development and validation in a test instance, Lightning Components built with the Lightning Design System, case triage aligned to organizational SLAs, and scheduled reports and dashboards for weekly stakeholder distribution.
Operational scope covered multiple internal departments with ongoing production support to resolve service-related defects and maintain reporting cadence. The configuration and automation work centralized project financial controls and invoicing workflows while enabling the sales-to-project handoff through CPQ and Sales Cloud integrations.
