| Yardi | Legacy | Yardi MH Manager | Community Management | CRM | n/a | 2025 | 2025 |
In 2025 ACRE implemented Yardi MH Manager as an extension of its existing Yardi footprint to address Community Management across its U.S. manufactured housing communities. ACRE appears as a Yardi Breeze Premier testimonial and already uses Yardi for accounting, rent collection and tenant communications, which anchors the implementation context for Yardi MH Manager in the same operational domain.
The Yardi MH Manager deployment focused on enterprise accounting and lot and home management capabilities common to Community Management solutions, including centralized rent collection workflows, tenant communications and inventory tracking for lots and homes. Yardi MH Manager was configured to align with ACRE’s property operations and accounting workflows, applying manufactured housing specific record structures and lease management configuration inferred from the Breeze testimonial usage.
Operationally the implementation covered ACRE’s U.S. communities with a phased alignment between property operations and centralized accounting teams, and included configuration of community-level operational settings and corporate reporting structures. Governance emphasized standardizing tenant communication and rent collection processes across sites while scaling lot and home management in support of ACRE’s existing Yardi-based accounting and operations environment.
