In 2017, ACRT Services implemented Workday Financial Management as its core ERP Financial application, replacing Microsoft Dynamics GP. The deployment focused on embedding the Workday Financial Module across the CFO organization, centralizing budgeting, quarterly forecasting, month end analysis and consolidated financial reporting to support corporate finance and business unit leaders.
Workday Financial Management was configured to support functional workflows for budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and month end close processes. The implementation included configuration of planning assumption sheets, development of operational reports and visualizations, and dashboarding to support the Financial Performance Report, with the Senior Financial Analyst serving as a subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive Insights budgeting tool functions.
Integrations were explicitly scoped to connect Workday transactional financial data into Workday Adaptive Insights, with the Senior Financial Analyst managing simple data integrations into Adaptive from Workday and acting as internal liaison to external consultants when changes were proposed. Operational coverage extended across finance, FP&A, sales and operations, and acquisition integration activities, including supporting due diligence inputs for ESOP valuation and assimilating newly acquired companies into the company accounting structure.
Governance and process redesign centered on shared ownership between the FP&A Manager and the Senior Financial Analyst, who provided end user training, maintained planning artifacts, and led continuous improvement projects to refine reporting and profitability analysis workflows. The implementation emphasized standardized planning cycles, internal training and a single source of truth for planning and reporting within the ERP Financial environment.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP SmartCompliance | Payroll Tax Compliance | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, ACRT Services implemented ADP SmartCompliance as its Compliance Management Solution to centralize tax registration, filing, and compliance workflows for a multi-state payroll footprint. The deployment supported bi-weekly payroll for more than 450 employees and weekly multi-state payroll for over 375 employees, with the payroll administrator acting as HRIS administrator for the payroll side and processing timesheets and payroll across multiple pay cadences.
Configuration and functional scope centered on tax filing automation, registration processing, local tax account management, worker's compensation coding, and wage garnishment tracking. ADP SmartCompliance was used to reconcile and submit payroll taxes on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules, and to apply for registrations as required, reflecting standard Compliance Management Solution capabilities for tax authority interactions and remittance orchestration.
The implementation operated alongside a heterogeneous HR and payroll ecosystem, integrating operationally with Ultimate Software UltiPro, UltiPro Time and Attendance, Kronos Workforce Ready TLM, Paycor, ExpertPay, and the company ERP Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains for GL and timesheet entries. Workflows included reconciling payroll withholding and labor cost accounts into Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, maintaining 150 plus local tax accounts in Kentucky and Ohio, and coordinating leave of absence and third party sick pay tax treatments with HR.
Governance and process restructuring included converting payroll documentation and filing procedures from paper to a secure electronic database, instituting reviews of personnel changes with the HR manager, and maintaining worker's compensation data for annual insurance payroll forecasting and audit. The implementation also required on site travel to new project startups to train employees on time and attendance and employee self service in HCM solutions, supporting adoption and operational consistency.
Outcomes explicitly documented in the environment included the transition to secure electronic payroll records, ongoing reconciliation and submission of payroll taxes to ADP SmartCompliance, and maintenance of a complex local tax account portfolio alongside continued payroll operations. The ADP SmartCompliance deployment served as the compliance backbone for tax filings and registration management within ACRT Services' payroll and HR operational model.
