The role also assumed lead support responsibility for external audits, using Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise to generate supporting schedules and audit ready ledgers. Billing process automation was augmented with Excel VLOOKUP workbooks to automate HOA billing tasks, improving efficiency by 20 percent. Governance centered on regular reconciliations, centralized journal schedule maintenance and audit documentation processes to maintain accounting controls and sustain operational consistency.
