Tungsten Automation Legacy Kofax MarkView AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Activision Blizzard implemented Kofax MarkView as an AP Automation invoice management application to centralize Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay operations. The deployment was positioned inside the companys global P2P Shared Services effort and contributed to transforming Accounts Payable from manual intensive operations to automated operations. Kofax MarkView was used as the invoice management component of the P2P stack, supporting invoice capture, routed approval workflows, and centralized invoice reconciliation processes. Implementation work included configuring invoice management workflows and embedding controls and procedures for vendor bank account changes to detect potential bank fraud. The Kofax MarkView implementation was integrated into a broader Procure to Pay ecosystem, with an automated electronic payments interface to the companys bank institutions and reporting feeds into Oracle Answers for data analysis. The invoice management application operated alongside a Procure to Pay helpdesk system, a Supplier Portal for vendor registration and data changes, and coordinated with Concur Expense Reporting for North America and Canada, while also supporting integration activity for Costar lease accounting into P2P processes. Governance and process work focused on establishing and maintaining P2P KPI reporting and dashboards to drive efficiency and process improvements, and on operationalizing vendor data change processes across the organization. Kofax MarkView served as the AP Automation anchor within Activision Blizzards P2P governance, workflows, and shared services operating model.

Salesforce Legacy Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) Field Service Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Activision Blizzard implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) to address Field Service Management requirements across its field operations. The deployment centered on Field Service Lightning as the execution layer, with a focus on appointment booking and dispatcher workflows for agents and dispatchers. Implementation work included creation of Apex classes and triggers to automate the Appointment Booking process by sending Email alerts, and to orchestrate task assignment and scheduling rules within Field Service Lightning. Functional modules and capabilities configured included appointment booking automation, dispatcher scheduling and queuing, agent task orchestration, and event driven notification processing. Architecturally the solution was built on the Salesforce platform, using server side Apex logic and declarative configuration in Field Service Lightning to control booking behavior and notification flows. The Apex classes and triggers handled business logic for bookings and email alerting, while Field Service Lightning provided the scheduling engine, mobile tasking, and dispatcher console for operational execution. Operational scope emphasized field operations and dispatch functions, with automation and integration of tasks for agents and dispatchers to streamline service delivery workflows. Governance relied on Salesforce development artifacts such as Apex and trigger-based change deployment, with configuration managed inside the Salesforce org to centralize appointment and dispatch workflow control.
