Unit testing covered custom objects, while integration testing and user acceptance testing validated purchasing, payables and payments flows across the newly created operating units in the R12.1.3 environment. Governance and delivery used the Oracle Unified Method OUM for project artifacts, production deployment and cut-over sequencing, and to manage project deliverables. Operational coverage included procurement, purchasing and accounts payable business functions across the acquired entities and parent operating units, with configuration and testing tracked through the OUM lifecycle.
