Microsoft Dynamics AX was used alongside Salesforce, Zen desk, courier websites and EPI, creating an operational stack for CRM ticketing, order status checks and shipping coordination. These explicit system adjacencies enabled coordination between customer inquiries, ticket escalation and the ERP order records maintained in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Operational scope was centered on Head Office customer service functions rather than a broader geographic rollout, with governance oriented to structured case handling and reporting responsibilities captured in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Processes emphasized case management, fulfillment follow up and transactional data accuracy to support day to day customer service operations.
