Agents performed follow ups on deliveries, managed open cases, checked stock levels and executed data entry that fed management reporting, reflecting core ERP Financial operational workflows.
Microsoft Dynamics AX was used alongside Salesforce, Zen desk, courier websites and EPI, creating an operational stack for CRM ticketing, order status checks and shipping coordination.
