Humanforce Time and Attendance was configured to support accurate data entry of leave records, penalty calculations, and generation of EFT output files and end of month reports.
Integrations tied Humanforce Time and Attendance to CHRIS 21 as the authoritative source for employee rates and leave balances, with exports from CHRIS 21 into the time system and validated timesheet data transferred back to CHRIS 21 ready for processing by Frontier Payroll Bureau Services. Operational coverage included weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles, quarterly payroll for board members, liaison with Frontier Payroll Bureau Services, forwarding fortnightly superannuation contributions to Super SA, distribution of EFT files to Finance staff under the ACC Payroll Disbursement Policy, and preparation of Australian Bureau of Statistics forms.
Governance and process controls centered on authorised timesheets and verification of penalty calculations prior to data transfer, adherence to the ACC Payroll Disbursement Policy, and ongoing compliance with employment, tax and superannuation requirements.
