Operational coverage included weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles, quarterly payroll for board members, liaison with Frontier Payroll Bureau Services, forwarding fortnightly superannuation contributions to Super SA, distribution of EFT files to Finance staff under the ACC Payroll Disbursement Policy, and preparation of Australian Bureau of Statistics forms. Governance and process controls centered on authorised timesheets and verification of penalty calculations prior to data transfer, adherence to the ACC Payroll Disbursement Policy, and ongoing compliance with employment, tax and superannuation requirements. Day to day responsibilities explicitly included ensuring payroll is completed on time, answering staff payroll enquiries, providing ad hoc payroll documentation, and maintaining audit-ready payroll records for Frontier Payroll Bureau Services to process.
