Governance and rollout centered on centralizing HR data and standardizing HR processes to enable consistent workforce management across hundreds of branches, while using cloud orchestration to control capacity and costs. Adira stated an intent to continue leveraging Alibaba Cloud services to maximize business agility and further its digital transformation, and the implementation was positioned to deliver more flexible resource usage and improved integration and management of IT systems as part of that strategy.
