In 2013, ADNH Compass implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance, payroll, procurement and supply chain operations. The implementation and roll-outs across the United Arab Emirates were delivered by Tally Marks Consulting, covering a 300 site rollout and template creation for UAE, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Nigeria, Angola and the Sakhalin Islands. ADNH Compass SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial deployment addressed core business functions including FI, CO, HR, MM and payroll for 15,000 employees, and included employee self service and manager self service modules plus a document management solution.
Functional modules and front end portals were configured to map operational workflows into SAP ERP ECC 6.0. Finance and controlling modules were implemented alongside materials management and human resources, payroll and ESS MSS components, while PP and deeper MM integration were noted as currently implementing. A Food Cost Management Portal was created as a front end for kitchen, mess, canteen and store supervisors to drive production and inventory transactions into SAP, and Menu Planning, Recipe Creation and Recipe Management portals were instrumented to feed standardized master data and costing into the ERP. Central master data maintenance screens were developed, and an upload file validation program was built to load and validate data from ten Excel sources.
The technical architecture combined SAP NetWeaver integration and BW for reporting with a DMS .NET integration for site supply chain workflows. The SAP landscape was upgraded and migrated, including a migration to a cloud data center, database upgrade to 1.8 TB and virtualization optimizations for SAP, with the complete migration and upgrade executed in seven months. A relational database was installed and populated as a master repository for multiple Excel master data sheets, and user authorization was scoped to two submitter types plus master data maintenance roles with country attachment logic.
Operational governance and reporting constructs were established to support centralized control and analytics. Implemented dashboards included a Global Supply Chain Dashboard, Spend Analysis, Price Variance Analysis, Inflation Analyses and a Vendor Compliance Entry Portal. Workflow logic for existing product submission, the ability to update and edit monthly forecasts on screen, and fixed master data maintenance routines supported standardized rollout governance across countries and sites. The program explicitly included optimization of supply chain processes alongside ERP stabilization and ongoing support.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, ADNH Compass implemented SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as a Data Warehouse to centralize reporting and master data for its multi country catering operations. The initial deployment targeted a UAE rollout covering 300 sites, and established template configurations for UAE, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Nigeria, Angola, and the Sakhalin Islands to support standardized reporting and operational templates.
The implementation extended SAP BW (Business Warehouse) capabilities to host Global Supply Chain Dashboard and Supply Chain Dashboard reporting, Spend Analysis, Price Variance Analysis, Inflation Analyses, and a Vendor Compliance Entry Portal. Functional scope included optimization work across Supply Chain, FI, CO, HR, and MM, payroll processing for 15,000 employees, and the deployment of ESS, MSS, and DMS user interfaces, with .NET and Netweaver integration for site supply chain data flows.
Architecturally the landscape included integration with SAP ECC for transactional feed and reporting, an SAP landscape upgrade and migration, and a complete migration to a cloud data center. The ECC database was consolidated to approximately 1.8 TB, virtualization was optimized for SAP workloads, and the migration and upgrade phases were executed within a seven month window. Implementation work also established a relational master data repository populated from 10 Excel templates, an upload validation program for those 10 uploads, and fixed central master data maintenance screens.
Operational governance emphasized centralized master data maintenance with user authorization for two submitter roles and country attachment, logic for existing product submission, and on screen monthly forecast editing. Front end portals were integrated into the SAP environment for operational users, including a Menu Planning Portal, Recipe Creation and Recipe Management portals, and a Food Cost Management Portal used by kitchen, mess, canteen, and store supervisors to drive production and inventory processes in SAP for accurate food costing.
