In 2014, AdReady implemented Oracle NetSuite CRM. The Professional Services firm of approximately 60 employees deployed Oracle NetSuite CRM as a cloud hosted CRM to centralize customer records, standardize pipeline management, and support account based client services across its United States operations.
The deployment configured core CRM modules including contact and account management, lead and opportunity management, sales pipeline and activity tracking, dashboards and reporting, and lightweight case management to support client engagement workflows. Configuration emphasized standardized sales stages, activity logging, and reporting views tailored to small professional services sales cycles.
The solution was delivered as a cloud hosted Oracle NetSuite CRM instance and integrated with the firm level project management and billing workflows to align sales to delivery handoffs. Operational coverage focused on sales, marketing, and client services teams, with the primary user base in the United States.
Governance was established using role based access to maintain a single customer master and to enforce pipeline governance and stage based sales processes. Processes were restructured around centralized contact data, activity accountability, and shared reporting to improve cross functional coordination between sales and client services.
