In 2020 Aduspharm implemented Shoptet eCommerce on its public website. The deployment uses Shoptet eCommerce to provision the customer facing storefront, manage product catalog and SKU taxonomy, operate shopping cart and checkout workflows, and capture orders through built in order management capabilities. As a 16 employee retail organization the configuration emphasized storefront templates, catalog configuration, pricing and shipping rules and administrative role controls.
Aduspharm Shoptet eCommerce eCommerce supports the companys online sales operations and merchandising functions, centralizing product publishing and order intake on the website serving the Slovak market. Operational ownership remained in house with day to day administration of product updates, promotion configuration and order processing performed by a small cross functional team, and governance focused on access controls and operational workflows inside the Shoptet administration console. The implementation narrative therefore highlights a self contained storefront orchestration model and standard eCommerce operational controls rather than complex external integrations.
