Integrations were scoped to synchronize workforce management data from Kronos and applicant and onboarding flows from Taleo into UKG Pro HCM, preserving a single source of truth for employee records and HR reporting. Governance and rollout focused on consolidating HR operational ownership, standardizing onboarding and leave processes, and centralizing data reporting procedures within HR. UKG Pro HCM sits at the center of AdventHealth Ocala Core HR architecture and is used by HR, Benefits Administration, talent acquisition, and reporting functions to manage employee lifecycle activities.
