| iDt Group | Legacy | iDt Time (OEM ADI Time) | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, AGB Stone implemented iDt Time (OEM ADI Time) as its Time and Attendance application. The deployment covered four branches in New Zealand, with system administration and reporting routed directly to the CEO. The implementation targeted centralized capture of employee time, manager approvals, and payroll inputs across the group's sites.
iDt Time (OEM ADI Time) was configured to provide time capture, shift and roster management, and manager approval workflows, and to supply payroll inputs for both weekly and monthly payroll processes. The Time and Attendance application supported expense refund approval workflows operated by the administrative team. Configuration included role based approvals and exportable payroll reporting to align with the company's IRD filing and PAYE payment responsibilities.
Operationally the iDt Time rollout coexisted with existing systems Biotime and IMS which continued to be managed for the four companies by the same payroll and administrative function. The implementation was positioned within a broader finance and HR services scope that also covers accounts payable and receivable tasks, supplier account management, fleet administration, and Bunnings portal procurement workflows. The Time and Attendance system therefore functioned as a core input to cross functional processes without replacing named payroll or HR systems.
Governance was centralized with approvals and reconciliations managed by a single administrative lead reporting to the CEO, covering payroll cadence, expense reconciliation, and compliance tasks such as IRD and ACC claims handling. Rollout emphasis was on operational consistency across branches, standardizing time capture, and embedding manager approval flows for payroll and expense processing. Ongoing administration included weekly and monthly payroll cycles, employee time records for onboarding and termination events, and coordination with national supplier and fleet account activities.

In 2016, AGB Stone implemented Cloudflare CDN on its public website agbstone.co.nz to manage web content delivery and edge caching for its manufacturing online presence in New Zealand. The deployment is observable on the company site and positions Cloudflare CDN as the primary Content Delivery Network for serving AGB Stone's web assets and site traffic.
Cloudflare CDN implementation encompasses typical Content Delivery Network capabilities including edge caching of static assets, global request routing, TLS termination, and HTTP layer protections. The architecture is implemented at the domain level using DNS and reverse proxy configuration to route traffic through Cloudflare's edge network, with configuration and certificate management handled as part of the website operations.
