Governance was run from the Operations division, combining frontline service structures across both Age UK and The Silver Line and embedding KPI-driven workflows into operational processes. The programme managed a budget in excess of £1M for the integration and continued operation of The Silver Line, with oversight of IT teams, workstream delivery, and service reorganization. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, deployed as the ERP Financial backbone, served as the central financial control point within the integration programme, supporting consolidated reporting and the operational needs of combined frontline services across the organization.
