Governance was structured around a consortium model to provide a shared source of truth and standardized data exchange rules, reinforcing tamper resistant records and greater accountability across partners. Documented outcomes in the initiative included reduced risk of data breaches, mitigation of fraud and money laundering vectors, and improved customer experience through process streamlining and faster turnaround times.
