IBM Japan provided development, data migration, user training and ongoing operational support for the rollout, aligning technical delivery with JICA's Information System Department and its Private Sector Investment Finance function. The solution architecture was positioned to support scalable loan operations and global standard compliance, enabling centralized loan servicing and operational orchestration across international portfolios. Governance and process changes included targeted user training and operational support services delivered by IBM Japan to embed the new loan lifecycle workflows within JICA's existing information and approval structures. Reported outcomes include streamlined operations, more accurate and auditable loan processing, flexible product configuration for diverse financial structures, and strengthened alignment with international lending benchmarks for future expansion of private sector finance.
