Governance shifted data entry and approval workflows from manual processes to system based workflows, reducing duplicate entry and lowering the risk of human error in personnel records. The OrangeHRM ATS deployment eliminated paper leave requests, streamlined the leave request and approval process, and improved direct communication between staff and HR through in system notifications and a consistent approval workflow.
