In 2012, Agricost implemented TotalSoft Charisma Agricultural Manufacturing. The deployment used TotalSoft Charisma Agricultural Manufacturing as an Agriculture ERP to support vegetal production, livestock operations and integrated financial and accounting processes across the organization.
The implementation included cadastral map based planning to tie field parcels to crop schedules, traceability modules for crop and animal lifecycle tracking, and automated reporting engines configured to produce mandatory submissions for regulatory compliance. Functional capabilities implemented focused on production planning, traceability workflows and financial and accounting integration to ensure operational and fiscal alignment.
Integrations were explicitly configured to enable automated electronic reporting to Romanian state agencies APIA and NAIRS, and to feed consolidated accounting records into the company finance function. Operational coverage targeted TCE 3 Brazi, now Agricost, with primary use across crop operations, herd management and finance teams.
Governance was centered on standardizing traceability and reporting workflows, embedding cadastral planning into operational procedures and centralizing compliance reporting. The project improved crop and livestock traceability, reduced resource cost inconsistencies and enabled automated submission of mandatory reports to state agencies in Romania.
