Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Agricultural Development Bank of Zimbabwe implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment was delivered as a full re-implementation that replaced GLOBUS G13 on Universe and established Temenos T24 R10 as the bank s central transaction engine. The implementation concentrated on Core Banking functional capability, including core ledger processing, retail and corporate deposits and lending engines, teller and branch transaction processing, and transaction posting and settlement workflows. Temenos T24 R10 was configured with bank-specific product catalogs, general ledger mapping, and parameterized product pricing to align with Agribank s commercial and rural banking offerings. SOFGEN Holdings Limited led the deployment, executing data migration from GLOBUS G13 on Universe, application configuration, and system cutover activities. Integrations were implemented to support payment processing, channel interfaces, and reporting feeds consistent with Core Banking operations, alongside ETL and reconciliation processes to preserve transactional integrity during the migration. Operational coverage targeted core banking functions across Agribank s retail, corporate, treasury, finance, and operations areas within Zimbabwe. Governance controls were instituted for configuration management, change control, and application support to sustain Temenos T24 as the bank s primary Core Banking platform.
