In 2019 AGRO PROG implemented TGI Enterprise 21 ERP from Technology Group International to establish core Distribution ERP capabilities supporting its distribution and order management business functions. The TGI Enterprise 21 ERP application was configured to provide inventory control, order processing, purchasing workflows and basic financial posting consistent with Distribution ERP functionality for a small leisure and hospitality supplier.
The implementation included a website integration using Deninet KFT to synchronize product and order data between the public site and TGI Enterprise 21 ERP. Operational coverage focused on the companys commercial and stock management activities given its 10 employee scale, with governance oriented toward configuration controls and process alignment rather than complex multi-site orchestration.
